Norfolk airport to your rental house door

The whole crew.
One van.
One price.

Group shuttle from Norfolk International to anywhere on the Outer Banks. We meet you at baggage claim with a sign, load every bag and cooler, and drop you at the house. One flat price for the van, not per head.

Flights tracked, late is still met Door to door, Corolla to Hatteras Car seats, coolers and golf bags welcome
15seats, tops

7, 12 and 15 passenger vans. Rear cargo for a full checked bag per seat, plus the cooler.

Built for the groups that don't fit in a taxi.

One van, everyone together, nobody drawing straws for the rental car line. If your trip starts at ORF and ends at a beach house with eight or more people in it, this is the ride.

  1. Wedding parties

Bridesmaids, groomsmen and the out-of-town cousins land within an hour of each other. We stage at baggage claim, collect everyone, and run one van to the house and one to the hotel if you need it. Rehearsal dinner and venue shuttles too.

  2. Fishing and golf trips

Rod tubes and golf bags go in the rear with the coolers. Charter boats leave early, so we'll drop you in Hatteras Village or at Pirate's Cove the night before and come back for the ride home.

  3. Big rental-house crews

Three families, one house, twenty bags. We bring the 15 seat van, the car seats you asked for, and a driver who knows which house on the beach road has the gravel pull-in.

  4. Families with lots of gear

Strollers, pack-and-plays, beach wagons and a week of groceries from the Nags Head Harris Teeter on the way in. Tell us the list and we size the van for it.

Three vans. Pick by headcount, we handle the bags.

Every van is one flat price for the group, quoted when you book. Seat counts include the driver's row.

Bigger than fifteen? We run two vans in convoy so the group still arrives together. Tell us the headcount and we'll sort it.

Three texts and you're booked.

Text the group size and the flight

How many people, how many bags, your flight number and the house address. That's everything we need to pick the van.

One price for the van

We text back a flat number for the whole group, there and back if you want both. No per-person math, no surprises at the curb.

We're at baggage claim with a sign

Your driver tracks the flight, waits inside with your name on a board, and walks the group to the van. Then straight to the house.

How long from ORF to your door.

Norfolk is the closest big airport to the beach. Times are typical, outside summer Saturday bridge traffic. We watch the Wright Memorial Bridge and leave early when it's backed up.

One flat price per van, per trip.

Set by the town, not by the headcount. Text the group size and destination and we quote it the same hour. Round trips are quoted together.

Other airports: Newport News (PHF) about 2 hr 15 to the bridge. Raleigh (RDU) about 4 hr. Both on request.

Once you're here, leave the van keys with us.

Most groups fly in and never want to think about driving again. We run the same vans around the beach all week: the pier, the boardwalk, the brewery, the restaurant with the forty-minute wait that's worth it.

Set it up as a one-off ride or block us for the evening. Same flat-price-per-van idea, same driver who already knows your house.

Questions groups ask us.

How many bags fit in the van?

Plan on one large checked bag and one carry-on per seat, plus coolers, strollers and golf bags in the rear. If your group travels heavy, tell us the count when you book and we send the 15 passenger van or add a cargo trailer.

Do you have car seats?

Yes. Tell us ages and how many when you book and we install them before we leave for the airport. You're welcome to bring your own.

Can the group split the payment?

The van is one flat price. One person pays and we send a receipt you can split however you like. Card, cash or Venmo.

What if our flight is late?

We watch the flight number you give us. If it's late, we're late with it, at no extra charge. A diverted or cancelled flight gets a text from us with a new plan.

Can we drink in the van?

Passengers 21 and over may have drinks in the van on the ride to the house or on a night out. Keep it tidy and glass stays in the cooler.

How far ahead should we book?

Summer Saturdays and wedding weekends fill first, so a few weeks ahead is safest. Short notice is welcome when a van is free. Text and we'll tell you right away.

Send the trip. We'll text back a price.

Group size, flight and the house are all we need. Fill this in and it opens a text to us with everything typed up, or just text the number directly.
